Seal Coating (Chip Seal)

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. –

• Roscoe Road - from IL Route 2 to Owen Center Road (Owen Township)
• Gleasman Road - from IL Route 2 to Owen Center Road (Owen Township)

The Above listed roads will be under construction for seal coating (chip seal). Work will start Tuesday, July 14^th, and should be completed by Friday, July 17^th, 2026, weather dependent. Intermittent closures should be expected and alternate routes should be considered. Please use caution in work zones.
