DECEMBER - FEBRUARY:  'AGENCIES' REVIEW, REVISE AND CONFIRM THE LIST OF FILERS FOR THEIR AGENCY.

MARCH 15TH:  LETTERS OR EMAILS ARE SENT TO FILERS REGARDING THEIR NEED TO FILE.

MARCH 15TH - MAY1ST:  FILERS SUBMIT THEIR STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTEREST EITHER ONLINE OR A PAPER FILING.

MAY 2ND - MAY 31ST:  $15.00 LATE FILING FEE. 

MAY 15TH:  CERTIFIED LETTERS ARE SENT TO THE NON-FILERS.

JUNE 1ST:  A NON-FILER LIST IS SENT TO THE STATE'S ATTORNEY.
