The Regional Planning & Economic Development Department manages a variety of services for the county, including but not limited to: issuing building and zoning permits, providing affiliated code compliance inspections, processing development applications such as zoning changes and subdivision plats, assisting with the administration of revolving loan fund and tax abatement applications for commercial and industrial job expansion and creation. You can now request an inspection online by filling out the Inspection Request Form. Please be advised that an inspector will confirm the date and time of the inspection requested.
