The contractor for the Illinois Department of Transportation will close Linden Road at the I-39 bridge overpass for demolition of the last old bridge structure. The road will be closed during the daytime starting Wednesday, October 16th through Tuesday, October 22nd. The road will be open every night and during the weekend. Motorist should plan accordingly. The duration of the work and road closure is dependent on the weather.
