The Chairman’s Office of Criminal Justice Initiatives was established to advise the Chairman and advance solutions to the County’s criminal justice concerns by looking at the system as a whole. The purpose of the Office is to align systems and services, increase County capacity to respond to ongoing criminal justice system needs and ultimately, reduce crime in Winnebago County.
