Pecatonica Road HIPR

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. –

Pecatonica Road between Edwardsville Road in the town of Seward and 12^th Street in the village of Pecatonica, will be under construction starting on Monday July 27^th, with an anticipated completion date of September 23^rd, 2026. There will not be work during the week of the Winnebago County Fair. The project includes pavement recycling, shoulder widening & paving, asphalt resurfacing, centerline and edge rumble strips, high visibility pavement markings and other ancillary work. Duration of the work is weather dependent. Pecatonica Road will remain open to traffic, but there will be intermittent closures and delays should be expected during this time. Please consider alternate routes and use caution in construction areas.
