BOARD OF REVIEW EXAM: The Illinois Department of Revenue will administer a State-wide Board of Review Exam at 11:00 a.m., on July 15, 2026, at the Winnebago County Administration Building, located at 404 Elm St., Room #303, Rockford, IL 61101. If no applicants have registered to take the exam by 10:00 AM of the day prior to the scheduled examination, the Department reserves the right to cancel the exam.

Applicants are required to provide their own calculators (cell phones are not allowed) and writing instruments.
