Chairman & Mayor's Youth Leadership Council to host Community Town Hall

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. -  The students of the Chairman and Mayor's Youth Leadership Council have organized a public forum for youth to come and voice their input regarding Transportation Concerns. Please join us on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. for a discussion on transportation in Winnebago County. Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara and Winnebago County Board Chairman Joe Chiarelli will be present to facilitate the Town Hall as well as Guest Speakers: Michael Dunn, Executive Director of Region 1 Planning Council, Michael Stubbe, Executive Director of Rockford Mass Transit District and Kyle Saunders, City of Rockford Public Works Director.

This event is hosted by the Youth Leadership Council and organized by Winnebago County, City of Rockford and the Winnebago County Health Department. The Town Hall is open to all, high school youth are encouraged to attend. Come have your voice be heard, our community relies on you!
