Osborne Road closure due to culvert replacement

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. -- The Winnebago County Highway Department will be replacing a pipe culvert on Osborne Road at the intersection with Montague Road. The work is scheduled to start on Thursday, August 17th , and is anticipated to be completed by Friday, August 18 th . 2023, weather dependent. Traffic control will be provided.
