The Winnebago County Highway Department (WCHD) is preparing an application for Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) funding to construct a bike path along Riverside Boulevard from Bell School Road, across I-90 to Interstate Boulevard. ITEP is a statewide competitive program which includes funding for bike path projects.

In preparation for the application, WCHD is requesting public participation in a survey to document public involvement and support for the proposed project and ITEP application.
