Seal Coating scheduled for Elmwood and Owen Center roads

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. -- Seal Coating (Chip Seal) on Elmwood Road and Owen Center Road

- Elmwood Road from Owen Center Road to IL Route 2

- Owen Center Road from Riverside Boulevard to Latham Road

The above listed roads will be under construction for seal coating (chip seal) and temporary closures should be expected. Work will start on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 and should be completed by Friday July 7, 2023, weather permitting. Delays should be expected. Please plan an alternate route.
