Freedom of Information Act Request
Under the Freedom of Information Act, certain information may not be released. This include but is not limited to, information regarding juvenile offenders, pending investigations, information that would impede an investigation and information that violates the right to privacy of another. To submit a FOIA Request to the Winnebago County Coroner's Office, please fill out and return the below form:

Once the investigation of your loved one is complete, you may decide that you would like to have copies of the reports used by the Coroner during the investigation. They are available to you, but do require payment. Please fill out the form below and mail to:

The reports will be sent out to you as soon as possible as long as the investigation is complete.
