Off-site early voting location to open for Winnebago County residents

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. – To assist in serving voters for the upcoming November 5, 2024 General Election, the Winnebago County Clerk's Office announces an additional in-person voting location beginning next week on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

For Winnebago County residents residing outside of City of Rockford limits, early in-person voting will take place at the Harlem-Alpine Shopping Center, 1965 Harlem Road, Loves Park, Illinois, 61111. Voting dates and hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Wednesday, October 9 through Friday, October 18. Beginning Monday, October 21 through Friday, November 1, extended hours will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additional voting dates and hours are as follows:

Saturday, October 26      9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Saturday, November 2    9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday, November 3       9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday, November 4      9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A reminder that voting dates and hours at the Winnebago County Administration Building (404 Elm Street, 4th Floor, Rockford, Illinois) are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. now through Friday, October 18. Beginning Monday, October 21 through Friday, November 1, extended hours will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additional weekend hours can be found here.
